All tools, mathematical models, calculators, and simulators provided on ROASStack.com are intended strictly for educational, informational, and theoretical planning purposes.

No Financial, Tax, or Advertising Guarantee: ROASStack does not provide formal financial, accounting, investment, or legal advice. Marketing returns in actual live ad accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon) vary significantly based on creative fatigue, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The software, proprietary frontend design, UI tokens, graphics, logos, and custom calculation logic on ROASStack.com are the exclusive intellectual property of ROASStack. You may not scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or redistribute our calculator codebase without prior written authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ROASStack, its founders, contributors, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad budget loss, commercial store performance, or decisions made using our tools.
